Pinewood PTFA

Fostering a sense of community through our Parents, teachers, and friends.

What we do…

Pinewood’s PTFA is a body of people who help fundraise and put on events at our school. Our most recent event took place in October 2019. This was organised by the PTFA. The event was a huge success, and would not have been possible without the support from the Pinewood School community. You can see some of the photos of this below:

The PTFA have also funded other events, such as Valentines/Winter Disco’s, and Mothers/Fathers day sales. The PTFA also funded our Bike track, Archery range, History cabinet/library, Year 11 leavers hoodies, and treats for the whole school, which included a pantomime!

Who’s who?

The PTFA is currently small. As of the 4th of March 2020, the new committee was elected as follows:

Treasurer – Alexandra MacDonald

East Herts Lotto:

The Pinewood School PTFA has been selected as a good cause for the East Herts Lottery! This means that if you buy your lottery ticket via our page, the PTFA get 50% of each ticket sale. A further 10% goes to other local good causes. So, 50p in every £1 will go to our PTFA who do such a wonderful job supporting our school community and providing many additional activities and rewards for our students. Stikins:

Stikins is a website which allows you to purchase labels for your students clothes, and all purpose items. You can visit this website here. If you purchase labels from Stikins and use our fundraising code 15852, the PTFA earns commission. A poster outlining this can be found here
