When you log into Arbor you will be greeted with a screen which looks like this. You will be able to get a basic look at your calendar on the left hand side …
If you would like to view this in more detail then you can click on ‘My Items’ at the top and select ‘Calendar’ from there …
You will then be greeted with a screen which looks like the below. If you have any classes or interventions these will appear here. You can also cycle through weeks …
You are also able to view other people’s calendars by using the search bar on the top right hand corner, and then selecting ‘Calendar’ on the right hand side. This applies for both students and staff …
Students can also be found by using the search bar. You are also able to search for their guardians here too …
You are also able to browse for students by going to ‘Students’ — ‘All Students’ — ‘Browse Students’ on the top navigation bar …
You are also able to search for students here, along with changing the view to a ‘List View’ should you prefer …
You can also apply certain filters to only view a specific groups of students with different flags …
More importantly, you can also view any important medical notes or consent information by scrolling down the student profiles too …
