How to access Google Classroom on a Nintendo Switch

You are able to access Google Classroom on a wide variey of Gaming Consoles. One of these being a Nintendo Switch. This tutorial will work with any Nintendo Switch with an Internet Connection. This will also work with the ‘lite’ version of the console, or any other Nintendo console with an internet connection, however the instructions will differ from the below …


Start out by moving to the ‘System Settings’ option on your Nintendo Switch’s dashboard …

From there, select ‘Internet’ on the left hand side …

Select ‘Internet Settings’ …

Select the Internet connection you are currently using …

Press on ‘Change Settings’ …

Scroll down to ‘DNS Settings’ and when prompted, change the type to ‘Manual’ …

Scroll down to ‘Primary DNS’ and change this to 045.055.142.122 …

Once the settings have been saved, you will then need to reconnect back to the Network, by pressing on the below …

Once you press the above, you will be required to complete ‘Registration’. You will see the below. Press on ‘Next’ …

Once registered, you will be greeted with the below screen. Press on ‘Continue to Google’ …

You will then be greeted with the Google home page. From there, you can visit classroom.google.com to access online learning. It is important to note that you must go back to the Internet Settings options once you have finished browsing, and change the DNS Settings back to Manual
